3I. You back yourself up against a wall of jewels that you can only describe as a wall of jewels. They cut into you. They're trying to get inside of you. Someone calls from the other side, speaking of color and geometry and slants of light, pulling you through, pulling you out of the dream, if only to be led into another, reality obfuscated, adjectives absent. You're shouting in your sleep.3
II. Curly-haired boy, I'm finding your smiles in the aisles of a supermarket. I'm shopping for songs I used to know. The words travel back slow, and I could disappear between the

GreenI. The day before I went to college we were still lovers, and we were in love. It was August, so we sipped Summer through our lips; our bicycle trips landed us light-freckled and sprawled beneath trees, between a green sea and a green canopy.Green
Then, we were you and me. I swore one day we'd run away together, but we never did.
That faded forever-day nestles in my brain, like so many others. In memories and mind-pictures, your halo never strays.
II. I drew us, convinced that we'd always be trapped tog

LYour heart has been blackening for seven years.L
Lovers wrapped it in tinfoil, forgot it in the refrigerator daily-weekly-monthly, rounding their mouths over the silent egg of your name.
(Sounds have no will to collect. The vowels disconnect.)
You write doctors' notes in a slow, deliberate hand. Preferably drowsy, you drag yourself through dark rooms, trailing shadows, and they follow after you. You'd like to set them loose, hook their hanger-hooks upon the shoulder-bones of some unwitting confidant, some trusting you-savant. &n

I'm a little kid and I want to live. In the waves;

My Art Account:=intano
I have been a member of this site for 2 years now, and today is the first day I actually uploaded any of my work.
Your poems and artwork are thought provoking, and visually impressive respectively.
In fact you have inadvertently inspired me to post a couple of poems of my own. Perhaps I'll do that tomorrow.
Thanks again, and keep writing!
